UtilityMart (utilitymart.shop) is operated by HMBR Tools And Chemicals LTD ("UtilityMart", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our Website or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. By using the Website you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Order and delivery details: your name, mobile number, delivery address (including city, thana / zone and area), delivery notes, and an email address if you give one.
  • Account details: if you create an account: your name, email, phone number, password (kept only in a scrambled form, so we cannot read it), saved addresses, order history and wishlist.
  • Payment information: when you pay online, the payment page belongs to the SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway; we do not see or store your card number, PIN or wallet password. We receive the payment result, amount and transaction ID. For cash on delivery we record the amount to collect and the amount collected.
  • Verification: when we check your mobile number we store the number, whether it was verified and when. The one-time codes we send are kept only in a scrambled (hashed) form for a short time.
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the products you view, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or forms, so we can answer you.

  • SSLCOMMERZ and the banks, card networks and mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket and others), to process online payments and refunds.
  • Our SMS and email service providers, to send you messages and verification codes.
  • Our website hosting and technology providers, who store and process data for us under our instructions.
  • Analytics and advertising services (for example Google and Meta), through cookies and tracking tags, as described below.
  • Authorities and advisers where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, and our accountants and auditors.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar tools that are needed for the Website to work (for example to keep your cart and sign-in), and we use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to learn how the Website is used and to measure and show relevant advertising.
