At Utillty Mart, we strive to ensure a reliable and satisfying shopping experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the scope of the policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

As a dropshipping business, some items may ship directly from global suppliers. Return windows and processes may vary accordingly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked final sale or clearance

  • Personal care items, undergarments, or perishables

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit, UPI, or bank transfer.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email/Phone].

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, based on availability.

How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return

  • Clear product photos (if applicable)

  • Preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

Additional Notes

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to logistics partners or customs (on international shipments).
